I am a therapist and a writer. I am developing some work that focuses on women and girls finding the wholeness and integrity of who they are--their virgin, whole-in-themselves--reality.
Would you have some comments to make about the commitment of discovering and sharing that part of oneself: The Authentic Self. One's best self.
Some questions I am exploring include:
1. What is the cost of sharing one's authentic self? To oneself? To the family? To one's work environment?
2. Are women/girls allowed to share authenticity?
3. Share some stories. When has that worked well? When has it been disappointing?
Join with me and other women as we discuss the opportunity to explore this further and to see what personal wholeness and integrity might mean for each of personally as well as within our communities, work places, and families.
